About MedPilot

We watched good clinicians drown in admin. So we built the crew.

MedPilot comes from the team behind ScribeMD, an AI medical scribe built alongside working clinicians. What we learned there became a conviction: documentation was only the first fire. The whole back office can burn less.

Principles

What we believe, in writing

Principle 01

Physician time is the scarcest resource in healthcare

Every product decision is judged by one test: does it give clinical time back? If a feature adds clicks, it doesn't ship.

Principle 02

AI should do the work, not supervise yours

We don't sell dashboards that watch you work. Our systems answer the call, write the note, and file the claim — and then show you they did.

Principle 03

Practices should own their data

Open standards like openEHR, exportable everything, and no hostage clauses. Independence is why most of our clients started their practices; we build like we remember that.

Principle 04

Measured, or it didn't happen

Every deployment reports in plain numbers: calls answered, hours returned, revenue recovered. We keep contracts short because the monthly report is the sales pitch.

Who we serve

Independent practices, first and always

Solo physicians, DPC clinics, small groups, and specialty practices across the United States — the people keeping independent medicine alive, with the least back-office help to do it.

Talk to the people who build it

Consultations are run by the team that ships the product — not a sales floor. Bring hard questions.
